What To Expect Working With Us
Fill Out Our Form
Fill out our form and provide us with basic info and details. Only takes a few minutes. We will review the form and contact you shortly after.
Gather Some Details
We will reach out to you and gather any remaining details we may need and answer any questions you may have. We will then send all of the info to our Finance Department to write up an offer amount. We can also meet in person for this step.
Price Agreement
While we write up a fair market offer, we ask for you to get an idea of what you would take for it. We will present you an offer and you can let us know if that works for you or not. If we come to an agreement, we will get the purchase contract written up.
Title Search
Once the contract is signed, it will be sent over to a trusted title company. They will perform a title search and handle any issues that may come up. Once the title is cleared, we will set up a closing date.
Closing
We are flexible and can close on your timeline. We are able to close as soon as 5-7 days. At closing we will all sign paperwork and the deed will transfer.
Hand Over Keys & Collect Your Check!
Immediately after we complete signing the paperwork, you will be given your check or the money can be wired directly to your account. Congrats on your home sale, it's that easy!
We may not be your best Solution, and if that is the case, we will give you a recommendation of what we would do in your situation. All free of charge! Don't sign a contract with an agent just to ask some questions, that's crazy.
